We arrived at the gate and paid for our family + 12 buckets of feed. You do not have to purchase the feed, but we did and it was well worth it! Adults are $16, Kids (2-12 years old) are $12, and kids 1 and under are free. {they only accept cash at the gate, so make sure you have that ready when you pull up}
The animals you feed in the drive-through area are very enthusiastic about getting something to eat. They are definitely not afraid of cars or people, so if you opt to purchase food be prepared to have any animal tall enough quickly invade your space to get to the food!
Honestly, going in to the park, we weren’t sure what to expect. When we left, we absolutly loved it and all of us agreed we would come back again. If you’re looking for a super fun family outing that will make everyone laugh, this is it!
A few tips before you head out on safari:
- Bring your camera
- Don’t get outside your car while you’re on the drive through safari
- Cash only
- No pets
- You can drive through more than once without paying for a second time
- Bring snacks and water

I have 2 who LOVE animals as well and they just thought they were in heaven!
Oh my gosh, this would be amazing! I love going to the zoo and being able to actually feed the animals and get up close would be so neat.
Oh, you definitely get up close! 🙂
THat looks like so much fun!!
Oh my goodness, so fun! my kids would love doing something like this. There was something similar near San Antonio when we lived there but we never made a visit.
