Bright colors, lots of fun, piñatas, tacos, and queso. What could be better, huh? Our little gal turned 5 last week and we had the best little fiesta party to celebrate. I figured we had to have a fiesta since taco night is her favorite night of the week.
For the meal, I knew I wanted tacos (both hard and soft shell), all the fixing, rice, queso (lots and lots of it), homemade guacamole (see recipe below), chips, and a fun, fiesta drink. Her cake was made by her great aunt and was the yummiest thing you’ve ever had.
I knew exactly what the table would look like and wanted it to be as bright and fun as our 5 year old. We decorated with all the balloons, bright table decor and plates, and even had a taco piñata. Very festive, I tell you.
