Yes, it tastes that good.
Thanks to Pinterest for another amazing recipe find. I twisted it up just a little to give it a different spin.
*Ingredients*
1-2 lbs. ground beef
1 can of pasta sauce {I used marinara}
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 lb of cottage cheese {I used a little less}
whole stick of butter
1 box of spaghetti
mozzarella cheese
dash of garlic or italian seasoning
*Directions*
1. Put oven at 350 degrees.
2. Boil the spaghetti as directed on box. While they are boiling, mix up the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese and throw a dash of garlic powder in there with it. Make sure they are mixed very well!
3. Cook the ground beef, drain, and pour spaghetti sauce over it.
4. Take a few slices of your butter and put it on the bottom of a 9X13 casserole dish.
5. Then layer half of the spaghetti in the bottom of the dish.
6. Pour the mixture of cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese over the spaghetti. Spread evenly.
7. Add the rest of your spaghetti and put a few slices of button on top of the spaghetti.
8. Pour the meat mixture on top and spread.
9. Top with a couple of handfuls of mozzarella cheese.
10. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
