 SALVATION:

Such a deep word. It’s a word that is hard for kids to understand at times. It’s a word that is hard for adults to understand too.

Do you remember the day or night that you walked from dark to light with Jesus? I do. It was at the bus stop. I was in 8th grade and I was waiting for the bus to pick me up for school. I had just had {what seemed like huge then} an argument with my parents and had told a lie to them. I felt guilty. Yes, I believed in God, but I wanted more of him. That was “the end” of me walking in darkness. I was baptized that evening at church.

My boys did the activity for this week and my 6.5 year old LOVED it and the meaning behind the clear water, turning dirty, and then turning clean again.
