It’s officially the new year! I’ve always kept a Gratitude Journal, but over the last few years, I’ve started recording it differently. I love finding something each day to be grateful for because it helps me focus on all that I have been blessed with right in front of me. Every night before I go to bed, I write 1-3 things that I found beauty in or that I was thankful for that day. It’s been game-changer and a wonderful to see all the good from that year towards the end of December.
I use a small, daily planner for my gratitude journal, but I also add photos to it. I love taking pictures and love documenting our life, so this is a fun way to document my gratitude.
The small, pocket-size photo printer that I love:
I came across the HP Sprocket a couple of years ago and knew that would be perfect for this little project. You can get an HP Sprocket Photo Printer on Amazon with just the photo printer, or you can purchase it as a bundle. {view all my gratitude journal supplies here}
Look how cute this little photo printer is!
Some of my favorite things about the Sprocket:
- Photos print instantly – like within seconds of you hitting the “print” icon on the Sprocket app on your phone.
- You can personalize your prints – within the app, you can add text, stickers, filters, etc.
- The photo paper – this photo paper is sticky, so it’s easy to peel the sticker off and place it on your page.
This little journal is the best thing. I’ve used different planners and journals, but this one is my favorite.
I love that this journal/notebook is thick enough and has a hardcover to hold all the photos. I’ve used other planners and notebooks but the pages start to rip or you cannot close the journal all the way because it becomes too thick with the photos. This one is perfect — holds everything together.
Do you keep a gratitude journal?
