It’s about to be conventions season for many homeschoolers. Teach Them Diligently is the convention we’ve attended the past few years and the one we’ll be attending again this year in Nashville.
With LOTS of amazing key-note speakers and lots of great break out sessions, you’ll definitely find yourself encouraged and rejuvenated after your weekend at a Teach Them Diligently Convention.
We really enjoy staying on site at the convention in Nashville. Why?
- Meals & Snacks. When you stay on site, you can easily go back to your room to have a meal or take a snack break with your family. If you are staying elsewhere, snack breaks in your hotel room aren’t as convenient.
- Rest Time & Naps. Are you bringing your kids? Maybe they need their naps, or maybe you need your nap. Either way, having rest time is so convenient when you’re already there. No getting in the car and driving to where you’re staying for nap time. Just a short walk to your room from the convention center.
- It’s the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, ya’ll. Seriously, one of my favorite resorts in the USA. Not just because I’m from Nashville, but it’s because it’s that good. It’s definitely a fun place to stay with your family or for your weekend getaway with your spouse.
- Saves You Time. There’s no rush hour traffic issues or traveling time. You’re already there. All you have to do is wake up and walk to the convention center. So easy!
- Parking. No issues trying to find parking spots or walking from your car to the convention center.
Gaylord Opryland has given Teach Them Diligently some pretty great meal deals for those attending the convention. Don’t you think?
- 1. Half chicken, choice of 2 small sides and cornbread (meant to be shared) $11.99
- Whole Chicken, choice of 3 large sides and cornbread – (feeds a family of 4 easily) $24.99
