Top 3 Favorite Nashville Restaurants

 

We love our town. Nashville is the best place to live we believe. Everyone says that about where they live, I know. But there is something about country music, sweet tea, good home cooked meals, and everyone saying “ya’ll” that makes it perfect for us.

I love to cook, but I also love to eat out. We eat out probably more than we should, but it’s so fun. If you live in Nashville or are planning a visit to our town, here are some of our favorite places to eat that aren’t chain restaurants.

1. Chef’s Market

Everything from cold salads, to hot plates of meat and vegetables, Chef’s Market has everything {including the best desserts in Nashville!} The atmosphere is so great. It’s casual, quaint, and a place that will leave you wanting to come back very soon. The food is absolutely amazing! My favorite thing there? The cucumber tomato salad, and white lasagna. 2. Martin’s Bar B Q Joint

Martin’s Bar B Q Joint is located in Nolensville, TN – just a few minutes south of downtown Nashville. Let me be honest, my favorite bar b q is made by my husband. But if he’s not in the mood to make it and we’re craving bar b q, we head to Martin’s. My favorite thing to get there is the pulled pork plate. But everything on their menu is delicious! 3. Sax Deli

We love Sax Deli. Located on Main Street in Hendersonville, TN, it’s just a short drive for us….and definitely worth it. Their fries are so good, like so good! Their sandwiches are amazing as well as their burgers and soups. Really, you can’t go wrong at Sax. Great food, great prices, and great atmosphere.
