My favorite part is…well the entire reason for the holiday. I love hearing the Easter story of my amazing savior dieing for me and raising from the dead!

My favorite part of Resurrection Sunday (which is what we call it) is our dynamic worship service at church! Can’t wait!

My favorite thing about Easter is listening to the Easter story at our sunrise service.
I love that there is a real effort on the part of the church to take the time to remember the sorrow and the joy of Christ’s sacrifice. No, Easter shouldn’t be the only time this is done, but it does seem to cause that remembrance to be of primary importance.
That it gives the world a chance to think of the cross.
Our extended family gets together at a park after church for a bbq and egg hunt.
My favorite part is the empty tomb!! 🙂 He is Risen!

I love the sudden wonder and JOY when you read the story and they roll the stone away and he’s RISEN, just like he said. (I also love that it’s a holiday that our family always tries to spend together, like Christmas.)
The joyful music and all the first time visitors who come to our church for Easter service and are so miraculously full of Christ’s love we see them come back in the following weeks.

Wow! Incredible giveaway. My grandchildren love Veggie Tales. Would be awesome for grandma to have when they come to visit. Easter is a time for new growth and new beginnings. To know that Christ rose from the dead and conquered the grave. And all because of His love for us. Gives me hope and joy in this uncertain time here on earth.
